Gift art for 
of her OC Libertad.
I've been wanting to draw this mare for quite a long time and finally got around to it.
I simply love her design, she's so gorgeous!
I bought some paper the other day with these pretty effects and wanted to try it out so I took the chance.
It was a real challenge coloring this one but I'm very pleased with the outcome(not so pleased with the scan... anyway moving on).
I like the little pegasus XD
