...His Mother's Eyes

My entry for ~LiLBlueHorse516's contest that was to create her chars Isis and Aldebaran's foal/s.
Sorry LilBlue, I'd have drawn them in separated pictures but I got too lazy(I might draw ref sheets of them if I have time so you can see them better).

At first, I was going for the logical thing of red+blue= purple but too many people were doing that already so I did something different.

Aqua(water in latin) is a filly and her element is water(fire melts ice and gives place to water so it seemed fitting). The markings on her front legs are like those of her mother's and she also has a blue gem on her forehead. Her mane/tail also fade from blue to white and her muzzle is also blue. Her coat base color is white and she has purple markings near her flanks and hocks. She has green eyes like her father and a purple dorsal stripe. Her hooves are blue and she has blue stripes near her hind hooves.

Ignis(something to do with fire in latin, I'm not sure of the exact translation) is a foal and his element is fire, though he also has some electric powers. I decided that Aldebaran's black markings could spread all around Ignis body making his coat base color black. His mane/tail fade from yellow to red(like fire) and so does his muzzle. He has yellow/red marked hind legs resembling the ones of his father's and his eyes are blue like Isis'. He has yellow stripes on his knees and his front hooves are black and the hind ones are red.

(I wrote that up so their resemblances to their parents could be easily seen)

I'm sorry that Aldebaran turned out so pink-ish, that's part of my scanner's fault but I also had a hard time finding the correct mix of colors for him

I wish I hadn't gotten so lazy with the coloring job here, sorry for that!
