Or maybe Madness in Beauty?

I've been wanting to draw this character, who happens to belong to the artist that has given me the largest amount of inspiration as a young, fairly recent equine artist, for a long long time.
I asked *Losmios last year if I could draw him and she agreed so here he is.

Ataraxe is that character I wish I were the one who created him so that I could draw him all the time. His design is just gorgeous, simple, but beautiful. I love him, even his not-at-all charming personality. Mia did such an awesome job with him.

This is just a head shot of him though, and he's looking rather calm here, I wasn't in a madness mood when I started this, so don't let yourselves be fooled.

My scanner did an awful job here, it definitely doesn't show all the time, effort and thought I've put into making this and probably doesn't help you understanding why this is one of my favorite works so far. The details were eaten(I'm thinking I should start feeding my scanner), especially on the white parts and the colors aren't anything like the original. Oh well...

So no ear tufts, and black as coat color. I personally like him much better this way.

I hope you like it Mia, this is only a small tribute compared to the huge amount of inspiration you've given me, I simply adore your works, they always make me stare in astonishment. You're my idol
